There are many healthy eating and healthy lifestyle blogs out there. But where are the blogs by couples like us? We are an ordinary average husband and wife who have fallen into unhealthy ways. Join us on our journey of bad eating, slothfulness and minimal exercise. We hope that by documenting our eating and exercising habits we will be forced to open our eyes and make some positive changes towards a healthy lifestyle.

Snacks
Jack had an Ice Cream Drumstuck coated with chocolate and nuts.
I wish I could lie and not reveal what I had today for snacks.... two small bowls of coffee ice cream (Hagen Dazs of course) and a cookie.
Had a stressful morning with technical problems I had to solve with websites and blogs and our Smart TV (Samsung LED only one year old)
When I'm stressed, my blood pressure goes UP and I eat. And eat. Oh almost forgot we both had Boston Creme donuts from Tim Hortons today.
Wow. Seeing it in print here on our blog is an eye-opener! Junk food. Unhealthy crap.

Jill's Snack
Ice cream. I shouldn't but I did. It's difficult for me to distract myself from thoughts of food with my work.I have an eye condition called Cogan's Dystrophy, and today it has flared up. So I'm unable to work at my computer any longer today.
That means tv watching as I also can't read with the flare-up. So... tv watching equals snacking!
