Pumpkin Bread Snack

We are just having a little snack. Have not had much to eat today. I had to go out early so I just grabbed a coffee and sandwich from the local donut shop.

Jack had an Ice Cream Drumstuck coated with chocolate and nuts.

I wish I could lie and not reveal what I had today for snacks.... two small bowls of coffee ice cream (Hagen Dazs of course) and a cookie.

Had a stressful morning with technical problems I had to solve with websites and blogs and our Smart TV (Samsung LED only one year old)

When I'm stressed, my blood pressure goes UP and I eat. And eat. Oh almost forgot we both had Boston Creme donuts from Tim Hortons today.

Wow. Seeing it in print here on our blog is an eye-opener! Junk food. Unhealthy crap.
