There are many healthy eating and healthy lifestyle blogs out there. But where are the blogs by couples like us? We are an ordinary average husband and wife who have fallen into unhealthy ways.
Join us on our journey of bad eating, slothfulness and minimal exercise. We hope that by documenting our eating and exercising habits we will be forced to open our eyes and make some positive changes towards a healthy lifestyle.
Well this blog has had at least one positive effect. It helped me remember to take my vitamin. I am not really sure if they help much but they can't hurt.
